RNA Extraction

High-quality gDNA; no additional extraction required.

• High-quality genomic DNA in 0.1 mM EDTA / 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0; DNase-free RNase treatment recommended
• 50 ng/µL (PicoGreen or Qubit)
• ≥25 µL per sample (≥1.25 µg total)
• Double-stranded, free of PCR inhibitors; not highly degraded
• Deliver each DNA sample in a single 1.5 mL safe-lock tube
• Ship on sufficient dry ice
