Cultivated strawberry is octoploid, so the polyploid plant specification applies: 200 ng per array, diluted in the lab to 20 µL at 10 ng/µL (Thermo Fisher, MAN0017720).

Dissolved in nuclease-free water or reduced-EDTA TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.1 mM EDTA). Standard TE with 1 mM EDTA is an inhibitor and not suitable.
