Somatic tumour profiling from tumour tissue (FFPE or fresh-frozen), tumour cells or tumour DNA, compared against a normal sample from the same patient (blood, saliva or buccal swab): tumour exome at 200x against a normal exome, with SNVs, indels, copy number changes, tumour mutational burden (TMB) and microsatellite instability (MSI). For haematological tumours, blood or bone marrow serves as the tumour sample and a buccal swab as the normal. Delivered as research-use data per patient (VCF, TMB and MSI scores, QC report), without a medical report. Extraction included. RNA-based fusion detection is available as an add-on. A clinical version with a physician-signed report follows.
Between 1 and 1000 samples
This service isolates genomic DNA from your frozen cell pellet — no separate extraction step or cost. The isolation is already part of the price; the lab measures DNA quantity and quality after receiving your samples.
