High-quality gDNA; no extraction required.

• At least 1 µg of genomic DNA dissolved in nuclease-free water, in a volume of 30 µl
• Purity: A260/280 1.8–2.1 and A260/230 2.0–2.2. Lower values indicate contamination such as salts or phenol and can affect library preparation efficiency. Samples with reduced purity are processed at the customer's own risk; Atlas Biolabs does not verify purity.
• DNA quality is assessed on the TapeStation. Only samples with DIN ≥ 7 are processed. If fewer than 10 % of samples show a DIN < 7, those are processed without further consultation; if the share exceeds 10 %, or the QC shows other irregularities, processing follows consultation.
• Ship on sufficient dry ice
• 1–8 samples: 1.5 mL Safe-Lock tubes. More than 8 samples: sturdy 96-well microtitre plates sealed with suitable adhesive film, for example Thermo Fisher AB-0558 — no aluminium foil.
• Fill 96-well plates column-wise: A1 to H1, then A2 to H2, and so on
• Pack Safe-Lock tubes and plates securely in padded boxes before placing them on dry ice
